If you can view the music sheets in your web browser, but cannot print the music sheets, here are tips that have been successful in helping other customers.
- Have you reached the maximum 200 print capacity for your SongSelect® subscription year? Please check by going to the Activity tab in your SongSelect account. Contact Customer Service to purchase an additional block of 50 songs..
- Verify you are able to print from another program (Word, Notepad, Excel, etc…). If you cannot print from another program please contact your printers manufacturer for support.
- Try clearing the cache or temporary internet files. Click here to see the instructions.
Still not working?
- Test for Problem Add-ons on your Internet browser. Click here for the instructions.
- Try using another Browser (Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer etc.).
- Windows 10 users can use Internet Explorer to access Songselect by clicking menu , in the Edge browser, and selecting Open with Internet Explorer. This will open Songselect in Internet Explorer.
