If your organization has an active license with CCLI, it is required that the primary contacts of your organization receive communications regarding your license and services with CCLI. Essential information you are required to receive are subjects such as: the status and the renewal of the licenses and services you have with CCLI, and information regarding your reporting assignments. For that reason, it is crucial that we have a valid mailing address for your organization and a valid email address for the primary contact of your organization.
As stated in section 4.4 of the Church Copyright License® Terms of Agreement:
At all times the license agreement is in effect, Church agrees to provide CCLI with at least one valid and current email address for the purposes of financial/transactional and license-related correspondence.
