Changing Your Password or Email Address

To change your password or your email address for your CCLI Profile, please follow these steps:

  1. At, “Sign In” to Your Profile using your current email address and password.
  2. Under “Profile” you will see the options to update your password and your email address.
  • Keep in mind that password reset instructions and song sheets in SongSelect will only be sent to the primary email address that is connected to your CCLI Profile.
  • Your updated information will be recognized when you sign in to all CCLI applications (i.e. SongSelect, CCL Online Reporting, Rehearse Reporting, Account).
