If you have been set as the Administrator for your organization’s SongSelect account:
- Not able to see the “Profile & Admin” option in the drop-down menu of your personal profile? If you were just set as an Administrator, close all of your browser windows, wait a few minutes and then restart your browser. You may also need to clear your cache or temporary internet files. - The “Users” page is blank? Usually this is caused by your profile becoming corrupt. Please call our office for assistance.
