I’m Not Seeing The Administrator Rights

If you have been set as the Administrator for your organization’s report or SongSelect, but you are not able to see “Profile & Admin” in the drop-down menu of your personal profile, it could be either be a timing issue or perhaps it would be helpful to clear your cache or temporary internet files.
