Yes, your organization should receive a renewal statement in the mail approximately 30 days before your licenses/services expire. Our goal is for you to receive it by the first day of your expiration month. All of our communications are sent to the attention of your organization’s Primary Contact so please update the contact information prior to the month of your expiration date in order to ensure accurate delivery of your renewal statement. This will be the only renewal statement that you will receive from CCLI so we encourage you to get your check in the mail so it is received at CCLI before your license expires.
