You only need to report the copies you make during your assigned 6 month Copyright License® reporting period. Using copies that were created prior to the start date of your current reporting period would NOT be reported.
Not necessarily. If the song’s copyright owner is listed on our Authorized Catalogs List, the song would be covered according to the Copyright License® terms of agreement.
